  Afia is amazing at what she does! I am so happy I found her business after I had surgery. I originally purchased lymphatics drainage massages from the place i got my surgery and i am so happy i only did a few there and found her because she did much better with educating me on what i should eat and the amount of water i should be drinking etc. She keeps tract of my measurements and before and after pics so i am able to definitely see how much she has helped with contouring and with my recovery overall.
